The Training and Continuing Education Unit (ULPL) is the unit responsible for identifying, planning, implementing and evaluating the recruitment and management of academic and support staff training effectively. In addition, ULPL also manages the Time Sector Privatization (TSP) program for external agencies. ULPL is divided into two parts: a) Staff Competency Development Division b) Lifelong Learning Division
